RRCO is recognized by the Town of Markham for licensing.
As provided for in the Municipal Act, the Town of Markham enacted a bylaw requiring holistic practitioners and owners to be licensed by the Town. Reflexology is unregulated by the Ontario government and the Municipal Act allows each municipality to license unregulated practitioners.
RRCO members are recognized by the Town of Markham and eligible for licensing. You will have to supply proof of current membership along with having a police check and paying the current licensing fees. Businesses who operate without a license but require one are subject to charges under applicable City of Toronto by-laws.
