RRCO is recognized by the City of Kitchener for licensing.
As provided for in the Municipal Act, the City of Kitchener, Ontario has enacted a bylaw to license alternative massage centres, which include Reflexology. Reflexology is unregulated by the Ontario government and the Municipal Act allows each municipality to license unregulated practitioners.
RRCO members are recognized by the City of Kitchener and eligible for licensing. You will have to supply proof of current membership. There is no fee for the license at this time. (current March 2012) Businesses who operate without a license but require one are subject to charges under applicable City of Kitchener by-laws.
